By accessing and using MyDigiP.in ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

MyDigiP.in provides a web-based implementation of the Digipin location encoding system, allowing users to:

• Convert GPS coordinates into 10-character Digipin codes
• Decode Digipin codes back to GPS coordinates
• Access optional reverse geocoding services
• Use mapping features for location visualization

This service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use MyDigiP.in for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of location encoding/decoding
• Is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the service
• Makes no warranties about the availability or reliability of the service

Location Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, location encoding and decoding should not be relied upon for critical applications such as emergency services, navigation in dangerous areas, or life-safety situations.

In no event shall MyDigiP.in or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyDigiP.in's website, even if MyDigiP.in or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
